Recently, the Porsche Travel Experience introduced a pilot program called Ladies Retreat. Its purpose: to celebrate life with friends and family and build powerful memories on an all-inclusive weekend tour, from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. Future programs are being planned for 2025. For now, here’s a quick look at highlights.

Guests relished a truly relaxing and boutique experience where travel enthusiasts enjoyed the best of Porsche events that featured automotive, luxury, and travel amidst a backdrop of resort hospitality. We traded cityscape for the comfort and tranquility of beach and mountain environments. The best of Porsche performance was on hand. Starting at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, we journeyed up the coast in Porsche Taycan models to Santa Barbara. Later, we hopped into 911 Turbo S Cabriolets for exhilarating sun-kissed drives along the Pacific Ocean and lunch in the Santa Ynez Valley. The weekend ignited the senses with its amazing vistas, fantastic tastes and the sounds of both nature and high-performance vehicles.

Day 1

Welcome Breakfast and Costal Drive:

Upon your arrival at the Porsche Experience Center LA, you’ll be greeted with a delightful welcome breakfast and an introduction to our Porsche EV models. Then, we’ll take to the road northward towards Malibu, Santa Barbara, and the Santa Ynez Valley. Our first stop is for lunch at the Little Beach House Malibu, where you’ll enjoy a combination of ocean air and exquisite dishes. Afterwards, we’ll continue up the coast to the El Encanto Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara for some idyllic views and a well-deserved retreat. Settle in for a wine-themed, farm-to-table outdoor dinner curated by our host resort’s Executive Chef.

Day 2

Santa Barbara, CA and Ocean Drive

Our second day is a combination of down-time and activities that include an ocean drive in the 911 Turbo S Cabriolet and 911 GTS Cabriolet, lunch at Vega Vineyard and Farm, beachside yoga and afternoon spa appointments. Later, we’ll enjoy dinner at Bouchon, one of the most exclusive and celebrated restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara.

Day 3

Program Concludes: Drive back to LA and Farewell

The third day of our weekend begins with a leisurely breakfast and final activity before we make our way back to metro Los Angeles. We’ll be sorry to say goodbye to Santa Barbara but leave with new memories, new friends and a new appreciation for the latest Porsche models. We’ll share some final thoughts and gifts before a fun debrief at the Porsche Experience Center LA.
