10th Anniversary: A Decade of Drive Requirements
All participants for Demonstration Laps must be 12 years of age and the Porsche liability waiver must be signed by participant or parent/guardian if participant is under 18 years of age.All participants for the Simulator Lab must be four feet (48 inches) tall.

Cancellation Policy
Experiences - If there is a request to cancel your reservation with the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles more than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date, guests are allowed cancellation at no cost or penalty. A “no-show” forfeits the full tuition. Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” resulting from weather or airline connection problems.

Health Considerations
Due to the physically demanding nature of the Porsche driving experience activities, participants must be in good physical condition. Pregnant women and persons with a history of serious health conditions, including, but not limited to, heart attack, angina or stroke should not participate. Participants should have no known physical or mental impairments that could put them or others at risk by their involvement in the scheduled course. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take the appropriate precautions, consider anti-nausea medication and refrain from eating before your experience.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to enter the premises for any purpose, I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Porsche Cars North America, Inc. and its affiliates and employees from any and all liability for any loss, personal injury, including death, or property damage that may have arisen out of, or any way connected with, my presence at Porsche’s premises. By agreeing to this, I assume all risk of injury or damage and release Porsche Cars North America, Inc., and its affiliates and employees from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. This is to be binding on me, my personal representatives, heirs, assigns and next of kin.
