Drive Experience Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Terms

    Credit card is charged for your full course cost amount at the time of registration.

  • Requirements

    Porsche Experience Center Atlanta or Los Angeles - All participants for drive experiences must be 21 years of age and hold a current, valid driver’s license. Driver’s licenses are required at check in and the Porsche liability waiver must be signed in order to participate.

    Porsche Track Experience Barber Motorsports Park - Birmingham, AL - All participants for drive experiences must be 21 years of age and hold a current, valid driver’s license. Driver’s licenses are required at check in. The Porsche liability waiver and track waiver must be signed in order to participate. The minimum age for a guest is 16 years of age and must be accompanied by his or her legal guardian.

  • Vehicle Damage Limitation

    Porsche Experience Center Atlanta or Los Angeles - Each participant is solely and personally responsible for $10,000 of automobile damage per occurrence. This liability can be reduced to $2,500 by purchasing the reduced damage limitation waiver. This option is available for $50/program and must be purchased prior to beginning a course.

    Porsche Track Experience Barber Motorsports Park - Birmingham, AL - Each participant is solely and personally responsible for $10,000 of automobile damage per occurrence. This liability can be reduced to $2,500 by purchasing the reduced damage limitation waiver. This option is available for $150/day and must be purchased prior to beginning a course.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Porsche Experience Center Atlanta or Los Angeles Driving Experience Cancellation Policy

     

    If there is a request to cancel or change your reservation with the Porsche Experience Center more than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date, guests are allowed one reschedule or cancellation at no cost or penalty. If the reschedule is requested between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date, the participant is charged a $100.00 rescheduling fee, per drive experience. There are no refunds on changes or cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. A "no-show" forfeits the full tuition. Refunds will not be issued for "no-shows" resulting from weather or airline connection problems.

     

    Porsche Track Experience Birmingham Cancellation/Change Policy

     

    If there is a request to cancel or change your reservation with the Porsche Track Experience more than thirty (30) days prior to the course start date, a $250.00 fee will be charged. If the cancellation or change is requested between seven (7) and thirty (30) days prior to the course start date, the participant forfeits half the cost of the class. There are no refunds for changes or cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. A “no-show” forfeits the full tuition.Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” resulting from weather, airline connection problems or other members of a group cancelling

  • Gift Certificates

    Purchasing a gift certificate does NOT confirm your registration for an event. All gift certificates are non-refundable and may be transferred. All Porsche driving activities require each participant be at least 21 years old with a current, valid driver's license. Note that for certain advanced driving curriculums at the Porsche Experience Center and Porsche Track Experience, pre-requisites may be required.

  • Health Considerations

    Due to the physically demanding nature of the Porsche driving experience activities, participants must be in good physical condition. Pregnant women and persons with a history of serious health conditions, including, but not limited to, heart attack, angina or stroke should not participate. Participants should have no known physical or mental impairments that could put them or others at risk by their involvement in the scheduled course. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take the appropriate precautions, consider anti-nausea medication and refrain from eating before your experience.

  • Opt In/Out Notice

    By providing your contact information we assume that you are consenting to be contacted by Porsche Cars North America, Inc.   • Rain Policy

    Programs proceed rain or shine. If severe weather is imminent and our Drive Team deems it unsafe for driving, we will make every attempt to notify you in advance and will adjust the event schedule accordingly. Safety is our team’s utmost priority. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone drive sessions for your and our team’s safety.
