Lorne Banks
Instructor
After winning two National Motorcycle Road Racing Championships Lorne decided to move on to auto racing. He started off in Dwarf cars running dirt tracks in and around Indianapolis and in his second year won a National Championship at 16th Street Speedway a dirt oval just down the street from the World Headquarters of Racing Indianapolis Motor Speedway. From there he earned a ride in an 850 Horsepower Sprint car racing USAC and SCRA for the next couple of years. It was during this time that Lorne started teaching drivers and soon he had a full time job working for a number of Racing Schools and Automotive Manufactures. With a Business Degree in Automotive Marketing and a love for racing Lorne has been teaching people how to go fast on both two and four wheels for the last decade. When Lorne isn’t working he continues to have fun racing Motocross at both National and Regional events in Canada.
